Caretaker – Permanent Post

25 Hours per week with flexibility, 52 weeks per year

Salary – (Grade 3) 25 hours per week £11966.86 (£9.18 per hour)

(£17711.00 Full Time – 37 hours)

25 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata)

Peover Superior is a very small primary school and part of the successful Aspire Educational Trust. We value the contribution our staff make to our pupils’ experience and our friendly school community.  We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of humour to join our school and be part of our future.  The Caretaker plays a key role within the school and will need to have a flexible approach in order to manage our site.

We are looking for a person who:

• has a good knowledge of health & safety, premises maintenance including good DIY skills and site security.

• is dedicated to providing high standards of cleanliness, general security and maintenance of the school premises.

• is highly organised, able to prioritise and effectively line manage a team of site staff.
