Inclusion Strategy

At Peover Superior Primary School, we are committed to creating a fully inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to achieve their full potential. Our Inclusion Strategy outlines how we identify and meet the diverse needs of our pupils, ensuring that all children have access to a high-quality education and can participate fully in school life.
Our approach is built on the belief that every child is unique. We work closely with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to provide appropriate support, remove barriers to learning and promote equality of opportunity. This includes supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), those with medical needs, pupils who may be vulnerable or disadvantaged, and those requiring additional pastoral support.
The Inclusion Strategy details our commitment to:
- Promoting high aspirations for all pupils.
- Ensuring early identification of additional needs.
- Providing appropriate support, intervention and reasonable adjustments.
- Working in partnership with parents, carers and external professionals.
- Fostering a culture of respect, belonging and acceptance.
- Ensuring every child can access, participate in and enjoy all aspects of school life.
We encourage parents, carers and visitors to read our Inclusion Strategy document, which can be accessed below. This document provides further information about our inclusive practices and the support available at Peover Superior Primary School.
